A social entrepreneur, Anthony Babkine is the co-founder and general delegate of Diversidays, a national association (under the French 1901 law) for equal opportunities that advocate digital technology as an accelerator of diversity. Originally from Evry-Courcouronnes in the Essonne region, he experienced difficulties at school before being supported by his family, the associations in his town, and the Mozaïk RH association.

Appointed Deputy Managing Director of TBWA in charge of digital at the age of 30, he quickly noticed the lack of diversity in the digital professions and co-founded the Diversidays association with Mounira Hamdi in 2017.

His mission: to make digital the social lift of the 21st century and allow everyone to take advantage of the opportunities it offers by accompanying diverse talents into the tech and digital professions and entrepreneurship.

In 2022, Anthony joined the Obama Foundation’s new class of European leaders, topped the list of 35 young positive leaders under 35 years old, drawn up by Les Echos and Positive Planet, and was named one of the 50 personalities transforming the French economy by the newspaper Le Point. Les Echos has listed Anthony Babkine as one of the 13 key figures in French tech in 2022.

As an outside personality, he is a member of the boards of the Orange Group Scientific Foundation, the EPIDE (Institution for Employment Integration), and a member of the labeling commission of the Grande École du Numérique.

He is a regular speaker at major private conferences and public mobilizations on equal opportunities, the challenges of inclusion in the world of work, and digital inclusion in France.
