From 2016 to 2018, Gauthier served as Director of the French Air Force Display Teams.
The teams encompassed the Air Force Aerobatics Team and the PAF (Patrouille de France) and were tasked with representing France at various events and competitions.
During this period, he notably organized an American tour to commemorate the United States’ entry into World War I.
In 2018, following a health issue affecting the Patrouille de France leader, Gauthier Dewas stepped in to take the lead of the PAF for the 2018 season, in parallel with his role as Director of the Air Force Display Teams.
Today, Gauthier Dewas is Chief of Staff to the Commanding General of the French Air Force Officers’ School, and also a keynote speaker. He speaks at corporate conferences on themes of management and team cohesion, leadership, crisis management, risk management, change and innovation.
