Isabelle Rabier is the founder and CEO of Jolimoi, a Parisian startup revolutionizing the beauty industry by using data and technology to empower both brands and consumers.
With an economics degree from University College London and a Master’s in Economics from France, she continued her studies at HEC where she specialized in entrepreneurship. In 2009, during her final year at HEC, she co-founded Dermance, an anti-aging skincare brand sold by independent beauty consultants, which she continued to run successfully after her partner’s departure.
With remarkable determination, Isabelle convinced her shareholders to support her ambitious new venture, Jolimoi, and raised one million euros in 2017 to launch the first multi-brand responsible social selling platform in the beauty and wellness sector. Jolimoi brings together a community of independent social sellers who advise and sell beauty products from 80 brands selected for their positive impact.
Driven by the social impact of businesses, Isabelle loves to innovate and disrupt traditional models. She surrounds herself with talent and believes in the freedom to enterprise. During the Covid pandemic, Isabelle and her team worked tirelessly to help Jolimoi’s social sellers migrate to a 100% online sales model, accelerating the company’s growth.
Today, Jolimoi brings together a community of nearly 10,000 independent entrepreneurs (social sellers), has 80 partner brands (including the Estée Lauder group), and employs nearly 60 people. Jolimoi continues its ambitions to support more people in living their passion and aims to become the emblem of new forms of commerce and a new way of life.
